Blooio — the number is the product

Blooio’s plan table distinguishes $89 Commercial Shared, $289 Commercial Dedicated and $98 reply-only Inbound options. The number model and permission to start conversations matter more than the cheapest visible subscription.

OUR TAKE

Best fit: choosing shared versus dedicated consciously

The clear number-type table is Blooio’s most useful buying feature. A small pilot and a recognizable business line do not necessarily need the same plan. Avoid treating the Starter price as the cost of a commercial dedicated deployment.

Read across the plan table

Starter is described as personal use at $39 monthly. Commercial Shared lists $89 and 15 new conversations daily, while Starter lists five. Dedicated isolates the number to a workspace. The Inbound plan is reply-only: it can respond to incoming messages but cannot start new conversations. This permission boundary can decide whether a workflow is feasible before any feature comparison.

Understand what unlimited means

Dedicated plans advertise unlimited new conversations without a per-message billing cap, while explicitly retaining messaging safety controls, organization limits, recipient opt-outs and Apple policies. A $75 area-code request is listed for applicable dedicated numbers. Webhook signing, retry behavior and guarantees can vary by environment, so confirm the contract your application will actually consume.

A sensible evaluation

Run a conversation using the production number type you intend to buy. Shared-pool behavior may not demonstrate the continuity of a dedicated line. Test the opt-out path and a delayed webhook, and get written answers about scheduled messages on your chosen tier. Integrations and dashboard depth should be evaluated against the work your operators perform daily.

The decision in one sentence

Shortlist Blooio when its plan boundaries match the journey; pick the number model before comparing subscription totals.
